Returns & Exchanges
To return/exchange one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:

Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for sale items.
Each order is eligible for a single return, which must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact.
If these conditions aren’t met, our team reserves the right to deny the return, and the item will be sent back to you if a refund is declined.
- Holiday Sale items, including items discounted 20% and more, items from our Black Friday Sale, are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive a refund, shipping cost/restocking Fee($15) from your order will be deducted from your refund.
For returns if the overall purchase as the result of the return is under the free shipping amount we charge shipping fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We supports re-shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance just in case.
