Quick Guide

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

  • Sale and final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Holiday Sale items (20%+ off, including Black Friday) are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Exchanges for the same item (size or color) are subject to availability.

  • One exchange reshipment is covered by Hyper Denim.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability

  • For a different style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order

  • One exchange reshipment is covered by Hyper Denim

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Complete the Return/Exchange Form
